Microsoft SharePoint can be used to create FAQs or knowledge bases. One way to create FAQs in SharePoint is to create a custom list with metadata. It can be done by creating three columns: Column 1 can be a question, Column 2 can be the Answer and Column three can be the category under which that FAQ falls.
